Phase 1: The Source

Every movement starts with origin — and for Flusor, that origin is The Source. Phase 1 lays the groundwork for the entire protocol: establishing the tools, infrastructure, and incentives that allow builders to create, verify, and interact with living code.

This is the moment when Flusor stops being a concept and becomes a network.

Objective

Build and launch the foundation that connects creation → verification → motion. The Source phase is about establishing trust, usability, and liquidity across three fronts:

  1. Infrastructure: Deploy the Studio, Source, and Marketplace layers.

  2. Economy: Launch $FLUSOR and connect it to real usage inside the ecosystem.

  3. Community: Attract the first cohort of builders, auditors, and automation agents.

Core Deliverables

Area
Deliverable
Description

Flusor Studio (v1)

Web-based IDE for contract/module creation

AI-assisted environment for writing, simulating, and deploying smart contracts as modules.

Source Registry

On-chain registry of modules & metadata

Immutable, verifiable record of all published modules, dependencies, and verification states.

Verification Layer (MVP)

AI + human audit framework

Combines machine-assisted analysis with community-driven validation and staking.

Module Marketplace (v1)

Core discovery & publishing hub

Enables builders to publish modules, and others to reuse or purchase verified logic.

$FLUSOR Launch

Token deployment on Ethereum (Uniswap)

Token utility connected to publishing, staking, and governance; initial liquidity established.

Governance (v0)

Interim multisig governance

Foundation oversight until veFLUSOR governance is fully activated.

Network Activation

Phase 1 introduces core motion to the ecosystem:

  • Builders stake $FLUSOR to publish verified modules.

  • Auditors begin earning from verifications.

  • Users interact with early reactive contracts through Studio’s Flow Simulator.

  • Fee generation and buyback infrastructure go live (initial epoch cadence).

The system becomes operational — not yet autonomous, but already self-feeding: creation produces motion, and motion produces value.

Partnership & Growth Focus

During this phase, growth will center around:

  • Strategic integrations with early DeFi and AI protocols.

  • Builder onboarding through hackathons and studio grants.

  • Verification partner program to bring auditing DAOs into the Source.

  • Tooling partnerships with infrastructure providers (RPCs, data oracles, L2s).

The goal is to establish credibility — to show that Flusor is not another platform, but an infrastructure layer connecting the next generation of modular, reactive smart contracts.

Phase 1 Outcome

When Phase 1 is complete, Flusor will have:

  • A functioning creation-to-verification pipeline,

  • A live token economy connected to real usage,

  • A growing base of verified modules,

  • And the first economic flows between builders, agents, and verifiers.

Phase 1 makes Flusor usable. Phase 2 will make it alive.
